Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension or closure, and legal action may be taken if necessary:

• Using a false identity or forged documents.
• Involvement in match-fixing or manipulation.
• Betting using automated bots or software.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the system.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using another member's details or hacking into their account.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

Bk33 con reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of terms and conditions.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• For accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

Inactive Account Fee: If an account remains inactive for 12 months, a maintenance fee of ৳100 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) will be deducted each month.
